Porous titanium product is used as filter in many fields, such as pharmaceutical industry, water treatment industry, food industry, biological engineering, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgical industry and gas purification, etc.

Porous titanium filter cartridge is a new type of high-efficiency porous filter material made of industrial high-purity titanium powder (>99.4%) through powder classification, molding, sintering, and mechanical welding processes. Its porosity and filtration accuracy can be adjusted within a fairly wide range. Porous titanium has an open cell structure and promising implant materials due to its low elastic modulus, excellent bioactivity, biocompatibility, and the ability for bone regeneration.

Porous titanium filters are designed for applications involving extreme operating conditions and aggressive fluids and gases. The rugged, fixed pore structure is constructed from sintered titanium powder. The result is an element that can withstand heat, high pressures and repeated cleaning/backwash cycles. Mechanical strength and corrosion resistance are the results of a design with no longitudinal seams.

SSC provide porous titanium tube with a wide range of filtration precision and dimensions. We can carry out machining on sintered titanium tube, such as punching, cutting, etc. Porous titanium tube with one end closed is also available on request. We also provide assembled porous titanium filter, mostly from porous titanium cup (with or without one end closed).
