Barium strontium titanate (BST) has a similar structure to barium titanate (BaTiO3) and strontium titanate (SrTiO3). BST belongs to ferroelectrics and has the common properties of ferroelectrics. Ba/Sr ratio has a great influence on the performance of BST.
