Modified Zinc Phosphate Description

Modified zinc phosphate coatings are typically used as a base for paint, rubber bonding, corrosion protection or break-in lubrication. This coating forms a smooth, uniform, crystal structure.

The anti-rust paint made of modified zinc phosphate powder has a dense film, strong adhesion, small specific gravity, easy dispersion, and strong anti-rust ability. It is resistant to salt spray for 600h, and can withstand high temperature above 200℃. Because it is white or light yellow, it has no hiding power, so it is especially suitable for making intermediate and high-grade primers of any color. It is suitable for making anti-rust paint with various base materials such as alkyd, epoxy, acrylic, and chlorinated rubber. The anti-rust paint made with this product is easy to use, spraying or brushing. This product does not contain heavy metals such as lead and chromium, and is an environmentally friendly product.
