Niobium hafnium alloy is usually prepared by the hyperactive method combining electron beam melting and true blank power consumption arc melting. It then can be extruded or forged at a temperature above 1200℃, and rolled and drawn at a temperature below 500℃. The products such as niobium hafnium alloy plate, niobium hafnium alloy strip, niobium hafnium alloy rod, niobium hafnium alloy wire and niobium hafnium alloy forgings can be made.
