Cadmium Antimonide Description

Cadmium antimonide (CdSb) is a crystalline solid which is an II-V compound semiconductor that is stable and does not undergo hazardous polymerization. CdSb readily reacts with potassium, oxidizing agents and strong acids. It forms cadmium oxide, hydrogen gas and airborne cadmium fumes upon decomposition.
