Lithium Niobate Wafer Description
Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3) and lithium niobate (LiNbO3) are two kinds of typical multifunction crystal materials. Lithium niobate wafers are used in surface acoustic wave filters, interdigital transducers, optical modulators, pyroelectric IR detectors, etc.
SSC manufactures high purity single crystal lithium niobate wafers range from 25.4 mm (1 inch) to 300 mm (11.8 inches) in diameter. Wafers can be produced in various thicknesses and orientations with polished or unpolished sides and can include dopants.
