Indium Acetate Anhydrous Description
Indium(III) acetate is water soluble and decomposes to indium oxide on heating. It can be used as a catalyst for the intermolecular free radical addition of organic iodides in electron-deficient olefins and the reduction of 1-bromo-3-phenylpropane to propylbenzene. It can also be used as a battery additive.
