Introduction of Molybdenum Copper Alloy and Copper Clad Molybdenum.

Molybdenum copper alloys are a unique combination of molybdenum and copper, which provides exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity, making it an excellent choice for demanding applications. This material has a high melting point and a low thermal expansion coefficient, making it resistant to thermal creep and deformation at high temperatures.

One of the standout features of molybdenum copper alloys is their excellent electrical conductivity. They are widely used in the electrical and electronic industries for applications such as electrical contacts and interconnects. Additionally, molybdenum copper alloys are used in medical devices such as dental implants and surgical instruments due to their biocompatibility and high electrical conductivity.

In the aerospace industry, molybdenum copper alloys are used for high-temperature components such as nozzle shrouds, combustion chambers, and heat exchangers. This material is also used in high-temperature furnace components such as heating elements and insulation supports due to its high-temperature resistance and electrical conductivity.

We offer a range of molybdenum copper alloys with varying ratios of copper and molybdenum. The available ratios are Mo90Cu10, Mo85Cu15, Mo80Cu20, Mo70Cu30, Mo60Cu40, and Mo50Cu50. Each ratio has unique properties such as density, thermal conductivity, and coefficient of thermal expansion. Our team can assist you in selecting the best ratio to meet your specific application needs.

In summary, molybdenum copper alloys are a versatile and high-performance material that offers exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity. They are well-suited for a variety of industries including aerospace, electrical and electronic, medical devices, and high-temperature furnace components. We also offer Copper Clad Molybdenum in several forms such as Cu/Mo/Cu (CMC), Cu/MoCu/Cu and S-CMC.

Our CMC is a sandwich composite that consists of a Molybdenum core layer and two copper-clad layers. It is highly versatile due to its adjustable CTE and high thermal conductivity properties, making it an ideal material for use in heat sinks, head frames, and microchannel coolers for printed circuit boards (PCBs). All types of CMC sheets can be easily stamped into components according to your specific requirements. Typical Cu:Mo:Cu composite include 13:74:13, 1:4:1, 1:3:1, 1:2:1 and 1:1:1.

Our Cu/MoCu/Cu sandwich composite is similar to CMC and is designed with a MoCu alloy core layer and two copper clad layers. The ratio of the CTE of Cu/MoCu/Cu can be adjusted, and it has higher thermal conductivity than WCu, MoCu, and CMC. All types of Cu/Mo70Cu/Cu sheets can be easily stamped into components according to your specific requirements.

Our Cu/MoCu/Cu products include Cu/MoCu/Cu 1:4:1, Cu/MoCu/Cu 2:3:2, Cu/MoCu/Cu 1:1:1, and Cu/MoCu/Cu 2:1:2, each with unique properties suited for specific applications.

We also offer S-CMC, a sandwich composite with 5 or 7 layers that has better thermal conductivity and anti-distortion ability than CMC. S-CMC is also suitable for stamping, and our S-CMC products include S-CMC (Cu:Mo:Cu:Mo:Cu 5:1:5:1:5), S-CMC (Cu:Mo:Cu:Mo:Cu 3:1:3:1:3), and S-CMC (Cu:Mo:Cu:Mo:Cu 6:1:2:1:6).

All of our Copper Clad Molybdenum products are of high quality and can be customized to meet your specific requirements. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us.
